A federal judge has sentenced a veteran Rose City Antifa member to one year of probation for a 2025 attack at the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Portland, Oregon. Katherine Meagan Vogel, 39, pleaded guilty in July to forcibly intefering with a federal law enforcement officer on September 30, 2025. The incident occurred at the height of the infamous months-long anti-ICE occupation.
Vogel was captured on surevillance video dumping red paint all over the ICE driveway and on the sidewalk in front of the facility. When federal officers mobilized out of the gates to arrest Vogel for property damage, she resisted arrest and punched one of the officers in the face with a closed fist, according to the complaint.
The officer was not injured, according to court documents.
