DNC Apparatchik Finds Double Jeopardy Loophole to Charge Bannon – Freedomist.com
It appears the DNC-Activist-First, Constitutional-Upholding DA (maybe) Second person, Alvin Bragg, has found a magic legal loophole to try Steven Bannon for charges that President Trump pardoned him for. For the same alleged actions, the Manhattan DA/DNC Apparatchik is charging Bannon with state-level violations.
The effort appears to be to remove an effective opponent to the DNC agenda from the battlefield. The move further erodes stability in America by setting a precedent to defy Presidential pardons by finding ‘state charges,’ then maybe ‘city charges’ to continue to use lawfare to destroy political opposition.
