
Despite “winning” a defamation lawsuit against Fox News (which led to the firing of Tucker Carlson and the continuing implosion of the compromised network) Dominion Voting Systems will face a trial to determine if their voting machines are, in fact, hackable, and thus unreliable.
“The Court notes that the record evidence does not suggest that the Plaintiffs are conspiracy theorists of any variety. Indeed, some of the nation’s leading cybersecurity experts and computer scientists have provided testimony and affidavits on behalf of Plaintiffs’ case in the long course of this litigation,” Judge Amy Totenberg of the Atlantic Division of the U.S. District Court for Northern District of Georgia wrote in her 135-page ruling.
