A Federalist reporter named Audra Facinelli decided to use her college degree in Applied Health Sciences to create an anonymous survey on Twitter to determine if parents had encountered sexually explicit material taught in their schools. Of the 1,195 participants, 1,168 reported these encounters.
The author adds, “The survey I designed asked parents whether their children had encountered sexually explicit material in school, then if yes, the child’s age, who had exposed them, and what kind of material the child had encountered.
