South Dakota has banned TikTok on state-owned devices. Governor Kristi Noem used an executive order to ban the CCP-controlled app, even as the Biden administration continues to protect the Communist spy tool. Kristi Noem said of her XO, “South Dakota will have no part in the intelligence gathering operations of nations who hate us. The Chinese Communist Party uses information that it gathers on TikTok to manipulate the American people, and they gather data off the devices that access the platform.”
