INTRODUCTION
This week, I have observed the existential divisions between Progressives and “Liberal” peoples worldwide becoming increasingly obvious to all. From England to France to Australia, the progressives are becoming further removed from the “Liberal” project they emerged from. That project assumed inherent self-right for all, regardless of their social class.
America is the last bastion against the full-on takeover of “Liberal” institutions in the world by progressives, and her guns and her speech are the primary reasons why. This is why, for the progressive, they are the number one threat to their century long revolution, a revolution that is almost complete.
All week long I have been debating whether the WNBA versus women story or the Lyndsay Clancy story was the better bellwether for the growing schism. In the end, I chose to highlight both, as they represent the key vehicle of power the progressive uses to justify dismantling the constitution, the right of the disenfranchised not to be burdened or offended.
The great cultural divide between Americans and Progressives is becoming increasingly obvious for everyone. At this point, Americans and Progressives cannot even agree on what a woman is, what a human is, and what the role of the state is in our moral life.
For the progressive, the state is the keeper of the moral flame. For the American, the state is the keeper of the peace between competing moral lives, none of which includes the use of violence as a means of political, cultural, social, market, or sacred persuasion.
For the progressive, the disenfranchised are a special class that warrant special protections, protections that trump American liberty. For the American, there has been no constitutional amendment passed, and any effort to enact these laws without those amendments is an act of treason.
In many ways, under Trump, progressive institutional power has received many blows, but it still holds more institutional power than Americans do (far more). Parts of those institutions are fighting back against the assault on their anti-American ideology, with the WNBA becoming the current flagship of the progressive revolution.
A. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This Deep Dive illustrates the existential difference between American Rule of Law and Progressive Rule of Law, which is mainly the assumption of rights based on humanity as a whole and rights based on social class.
The WNBA’s continued aggressive support of transgendered “women” in sports and transitioning children in the face of clear overwhelming majority disapproval is helping make those differences obvious. Its reliance on coercion to protect the narrative only further illustrates the progressive state’s commitment to political violence overall.
We analyze the challenge by Enes Kanter Freedom to the WNBA’s rule allowing transgender “women” to play in their league, showing you how the two sides are existentially divided at the Rule of Law level.
The murder trial of Lindsay Clancy has seen a groundswell of support for a woman who strangled her three children to death. Her defense is that she was suffering post-partum psychosis. The defense of her is the patriarchy made her do it.
Americans have now witnessed progressive women calling Clancy a hero while claiming they can identify with a woman who strangled her three children to death in a premeditated way. The useful life versus the sacred life divide is becoming more known in how people have reacted to this case.
We analyze the support, not so much the particulars of the case, and what that shows us about the existential divide between American Rule of Law and Progressive Rule of Law.
We offer an assessment of the two events at the end.
B. WNBA
Enes Kanter Freedom is leading a campaign to force the transgender ideology to come to terms with its biological unreality. The WNBA has chosen to become one of the last major U.S. institutions openly and aggressively asserting the “woke” moral code, or what we are simply calling progressive values.
Their mishandling of superstar Caitlin Clarke is a symptom of their commitment to the progressive agenda, one that favors socio-cultural class over merit. Clarke herself has become an unwitting symbol of anti-woke defiance, but has mostly supported progressive assumptions, such as accepting responsibility for having “white privilege.” She has also come out in support of transgendered “women” in sports.
This is where Freedom comes in.
He has already made it clear he intends to identify as a woman and enter the WNBA draft. He is challenging the WNBA’s ruling that it will allow trans “women” into the league next year. Shortly after he and other former NBA players announced plans to do the same, the WNBA convened to determine what a woman is.
They left the meeting with no answer, but with a commitment to get one soon. They were still going to go ahead with their plan to allow trans “women” to play in their league.
The Toronto Tempo then unveiled trans mascots with she/they pronouns, designed to appeal to little girls. The two new mascots are Dez the Snapping Turtle and Dot the Arctic Hare.
Kanter Freedom then showed up at a Chicago Sky game, wearing a pro-woman shirt. He wasn’t the only one wearing political statements. The WNBA had pro-trans messages on the stadium display. Some spectators wore Free Palestine paraphernalia. Kanter Freedom wore a pro-biological female equals woman shirt.
Midway through the third quarter, Chicago Sky player Natasha Cloud confronted Kanter Freedom, screaming obscenities, including homosexual slurs, at him. The police escorted Kanter out of the arena. The WNBA later announced Kanter was banned from attending another WNBA event. They accused him of being as threatening to the players and the fans as a person with a gun is. They essentially accused him of being a terrorist.
This has now triggered a potential lawsuit by Kanter Freedom, who plans to continue to challenge the WNBA’s biologically illogical decision.
In the progressive state model, Kanter Freedom would not merely have been escorted out of the stadium, he would have been arrested. In progressive states without a Bill of Rights, like Canada and the UK, Kanter would certainly have been arrested.
He may have served jail time. He certainly would minimally be forced to pay a fine and attend re-education classes. Wherever progressives rule, people in America are facing career-ending actions for merely suggesting only female human adults can be women. Many have already seen their potential careers destroyed before they ever had a chance to apply for the first job. Many have been frozen out of accreditation altogether.
Wherever progressives have power to enforce conformity to the belief that gender is fluid, they use whatever coercive measures they can to do so. Outside of civic and corporate power, street fighter progressives continue to physically assault and threaten to violently disrupt any public support for the belief that the female human adult is the only possible woman.
The belief in gender fluidity in and of itself is not a threat to anyone; the coercive application of that belief is an existential violation of the root of American rule of law, the self-stewarded individual.
In order for you to be American, you must minimally commit to the supposition that we are all endowed by our creator with certain inalienable rights, that among these (and most essentially) are the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
There is no liberty when the state or the corporation has the power to force belief on Americans. Such institutional actions should have never been tolerated, let alone allowed to become the guiding principle of these institutions.
The WNBA’s response to a man wearing a shirt claiming only biological human females can be girls and women has been to treat him like a terrorist about to start a mass murder event. In the mind of the progressive, dissent from the sacred assumptions of the faith is viewed as being worthy of death.
This is not an exaggeration. This is fact.
If the devil can terrorize you enough to declare a lie to be true, knowing it’s a lie, then he knows he controls you completely. This is the spirit behind the push to force the gender fluid on Americans, but the intent is simply to destroy the First Amendment altogether. They’ve already made it clear that anytime they have the power to do so, they will willingly ignore the 2nd Amendment altogether.
As a matter of fact, the 2nd Amendment is just white supremacy, according to the progressive.
Without the first two amendments, there are no others.
C. LINDSAY CLANCY
NOTE: As of the completion of this Deep Dive, the trial has concluded. The jury is still deliberating.
On January 24, 2023, Lindsay Clancy strangled her three children to death. The children were eight months, three years, and five years old. Clancy planned the killing beforehand, including what would be her suicide attempt.
After she requested her husband Patrick leave to pick up take-out dinner, she quickly gathered her children into the basement, where she strangled them, one by one, with exercise resistance bands. When the last child appeared to be dead, she went back upstairs. She then slit her wrists and neck with a knife before she jumped out of a window.
Her husband Patrick found her when he got home. She suffered serious injuries that left her paralyzed from the waist down. Their oldest child was still alive but would die in the hospital a few days later.
Since the trial started, Clancy has become a celebrity, a heroine of feminists. Her pink-shirted army grew larger and larger every day, with most of her supporters claiming they identify with her. The real victim is Lindsay Clancy, who was let down by the system. If you hear patriarchal system, you’re not wrong.
The real villain is the patriarchy, not Clancy. The children might be better off since Clancy knew she wouldn’t be able to take care of them anymore. One of the earliest conspiracy theories was Patrick really killed the children and Lindsay is just taking the fall for him.
Patrick has received death threats. TikTok is filled with anti-Patrick TikToks blaming him for the murders and even his wife’s paralysis.
Women are declaring they are Lindsay Clancy, claiming they are only one snap away from murdering their children. Some of these women are self-identified therapists. It seems, to them, even a five-year-old child is a “clump of cells,” not human.
One of the reasons why the 2024 election was as close as it was, and one of the reasons why Democrats continue to have electoral power, is primarily because of the corporate female class that benefited the most from male-discriminating policies and the legalization of murdering your unborn child.
This corporate female class voted for one primary reason, to keep abortion legal. Abortion has kept the Democratic Party relevant, along with promises of revenge to the “disenfranchised.”
Abortion keeps the corporate female class in the DNC fold, while race, gender, and sexual orientation revenge keep the rest in the camp. Promises of unaccountable hedonism and bloody revenge are the fuel that sustains the Democratic Party.
This corporate female class is overwhelmingly white. They choose the “right” to murder the unborn over their own race, while also joining in the calls to end that same race, the white race. They have even become the main executioners for that violent, genocidal ideology, the progressive state (as we call it now).
While white men, and men in general, along with non-corporate white women, get reduced lives forcing them to work harder for less, the white corporate female is living in high rise apartments, insulated from the pain, with a trail of unborn dead bodies behind them (which they now celebrate openly).
I am counting in this corporate class the “educators,” who make up a sizeable portion of the street fighter presence of the progressive state. They also continue to produce children’s armies for the revolution. They are also producing the men and women who will dismantle it, the ones demoralized with lies of the white devil they know are untrue.
Their victims who know they are victims will one day want their pound of flesh in return.
The white female schoolteacher is a terrorist to an American child, and a savior to violent children willing to exploit the power these teachers give them with their white devil lie. They give these psycho children the power to remove competition with the flimsiest of accusations; they give these psycho children the power to sub-humanize Americans, including and ESPECIALLY their own parents, and yet be rewarded for their violent actions.
When your ideology relies on murder to advance its cause, encouraging and raising up murderers loyal to you makes sense. This is what “American” public schoolteachers do every day, while being paid by you and I to do so. These are war criminals in our ongoing civil war.
Lindsay Clancy became for these women a symbol of the burden of motherhood forced upon you. She gave birth to three children in the span of four years, though she doesn’t appear to have been forced to have children.
For the white progressive woman especially, Lindsay Clancy truly is them, a woman capable of murdering her children with the deluded notion that without her the children are better of dead. This is a narcissistic thought in perhaps every situation. This is a child in a woman’s body, which is a dangerous person for a human to be.
This is the white progressive woman, a child in a woman’s body, a woman who rode the coattails of being the great savior of the POC and the LGBTQIA to the highest positions of unearned power in the land. That ride would not have been possible if she didn’t have the ability to murder her children in the womb.
Wherever progressivism reigns in countries without a Bill of Rights (in Canada and the UK, for instance), public protest of murdering unborn children could land you in jail. Even in America, under Biden, it did. Opposition to abortion is considered an act of terrorism in and of itself in the minds of most progressives. I have little reason to assume these progressive women don’t share that belief as well.
The very state where the murders took place, Massachusetts, recently passed a law allowing abortion up to birth. If the Pink-Shirted Ladies of Lindsay can normalize post-partum abortions, then abortion will be protected by the state forever, and white progressive women will continue to be the saviors of the POC and the LGBTQIA.
To the progressive, the child is not a real human until they prove to be “safe,” or they are not too much of a burden on the people that support them. There is no creator imbuing children with inalienable rights, there is only the woman in command of her life, not burdened by the future, her own children.
They are inured to murder, having made themselves unable to see themselves in their own children who lived in their own wombs. They must sub-humanize their child to avoid facing the murderer they have become by choosing the child’s death to preserve their unearned ease.
Once you sub-humanize the unborn child, your neighbor is much easier to sub-humanize.
The progressive lacks a divine human in their scheme. They have hierarchies of social value based on their experts’ assignment of disenfranchisement status. Are you a disenfranchiser social class or a disenfranchised social class? If so, how much of one or the other?
Your value is set by your social class.
The social class is set by unaccountable “experts” who derive their expertise by simply being part of the preferred social class. This is social class epistemology, knowledge based on social class status.
This is an existential violation of our core principle, that we are endowed by our creator with certain inalienable rights, that among these are the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Within the progressive framework, the mother in this murder case is the most disenfranchised, being a woman. The father is a man, and therefore most guilty, regardless of facts.
The children are only theoretical humans; they’re not quite human yet, until they’ve been affirmed as being a progressive clone. If they fail to clone, they become monsters, like the rest of us. The husband, being a man, is somehow the real cause of this (for the patriarchy is needed to protect the white supremacist race).
There is no common ground in these two Rules of Law; one assumes the individual has a right to determine their own beliefs and live them out, the other assumes that freedom is determined by your social class; the disenfranchisers have no right to life.
The Pink-shirted Ladies of Lindsay are taking abortion rights on the offensive, going outside the womb to assure no white supremacist ever polices their womb again. So long as they are still the messiahs of the disenfranchised, and the keepers of the gate against the disenfranchisers, the progressive state will give them increasing license to do with their children as they please.
Eventually, the ladies will just dump their children off on the state, who will decide who lives and who dies according to how well you conform to progress.
Abortion in the American Rule of Law framework is a debatable issue, but I assert that where abortion is allowed, the principle of America is existentially assaulted. For that reason alone, I do not believe abortion is compatible with American Rule of Law, for it demands we sub-humanize the most innocent among us, destroying the inherit value of all humans, be they unborn or born.
If you are not conceived with inalienable rights, then you have no inalienable rights.
This rebukes the notion of a creator endowing us with inalienable rights, which removes the state’s restrictions on coercive power.
Yet even among non-progressive supporters of some limited forms of abortion, they have not so deconstructed born humans yet, it would appear, for they are appalled at how many woman have been claiming they could see themselves murdering their own children too.
For them we must pray this rabid support for a woman who murdered her children just to defend abortion will lead them to second guess their support for any abortion, short of a real threat to the mother, at all.
By any means necessary is more than a slogan, it’s a way of life for the progressive. Children aren’t safe, at all, from that principle.
ASSESSMENT
The WNBA became relevant after 2 decades of irrelevancy initially because of a generational talent in Caitlan Clarke. When the world started looking at them for basketball excellence, they quickly doubled and tripled down on their anti-American, anti-woman ideology.
Now, their relevancy is not in showcasing a woman who can show men that women can be excellent basketball players too, their relevancy is in being the most visible rabid supporter of an ideology that can’t even define what a woman is.
Feminism began ostensibly to show men that women can be men too (basically), and now they have come to the point of declaring men can be women too. Knowing full well that men would dominate women at basketball, even men without penises, for the sake of the ideology that brought them to power, these women will not let go of the obvious lie, even if it hurts their own gender.
Women can be men too, otherwise we lose our power as the saviors of the disenfranchised, with the non-binary trans person of color being the most noble of the disenfranchised they are called to protect.
It is progressive women who dominate the HR departments that regularly destroy dissent from progressivism within corporate power, including public school institutions. They operate like trade unionists in fascist systems.
It is white progressive women in particular who have served as the frontline assassins of whites, males, heterosexuals, cis-gendered, and white-aligned Americans. Were they to surrender the trans to science, they would lose their savior status and be just another guilty white person in need of accountability.
The Pink-shirted Ladies of Lindsay are the epitome of this spirit as it moves past childbearing age and settles into empty high-rise apartments. If Lindsay is guilty of murder, so are they, and they know it. Progressive women alone account for more than 57% of abortions, yet they represent less than 1/3 of the female population.
These aging women have now hit their 40s and 50s, and they have only become more committed to violence as a means of political persuasion. They must, I think, since a world that comes to see the nature of their murder-justifying lies will soon remove them from power, or worse. At this point, they have everything to lose and nothing to gain if they surrender, for losing means losing everything, and winning is all that matters now.
They have engaged in decades of child murder and political corporate assassinations, and a world that rejects progressivism will soon not only reject them, but it will also prosecute them. They won’t be prosecuted for murdering the unborn, they will be prosecuted for committing treason, child abuse, and racist, sexist, hetero-phobic discrimination.
Their habit of evil has caused them to go all in on that same evil, by any means necessary, for the good of their high-rise apartments.
We are seeing the final desperate push by the white woman progressive army to hold on to their power. They must fight off their victims, the American people, and the disenfranchised classes they’ve “served,” classes now ready to throw their saviors out.
They rose to power with the white devil lie, and now, the lies they must tell to protect the increasing lies they must tell to protect that evil lie have led them to openly support murdering newborns, toddlers, and five-year-olds. If they don’t support child murder and child mutilation, the whole world will turn on them, removing them from power for generations.
When the white progressive woman is no longer the savior of the disenfranchised, or when the lie of the white devil is exposed, it is only a matter of time before her high-rise apartment landlord evicts her. Handcuffs may follow for some of them. Lawsuits will follow for many more.
No one group in America loses so much power as the one group that benefited the most from it, the white progressive corporate female. Both stories featured in this Deep Dive are the terminal conclusions of the type of power these white progressive women created, which is the power to murder in the name of ideology.
If they are to hold on to power, the “useful life” must trump the “sacred life,” meaning the American republic must die if they are to live.
